Standard Support Plan

Each purchased FieldTalk software product is supplied with a Standard Support Plan.

The Standard Support Plan provides 3 month free email support from the date of purchase. This does not cover free products or evaluation versions. You can extend the standard email support by purchasing an Extended Support Plan.

Extended Support Plan

The Extended Support Plan provides 12 month email and phone support from the date of purchase. It must be purchased in addition to the product license. It can be extended by another 12 month.
