Configures a slave for Standard 32-bit Mode.

Parameters

slaveAddr
Type: SystemInt32
Modbus address of slave device or unit identifier (Range: 1 - 255) A value of zero configures the behaviour for broadcasting.

Return Value

Type: Int32
BusProtocolErrors.FTALK_SUCCESS on success or BusProtocolErrors.FTALK_ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT_ERROR if argument out of range
Remarks
In Standard 32-bit Register Mode a 32-bit value is transmitted as two consecutive 16-bit Modbus registers.

Note Note
This function call also re-configures the endianess to default little-endian for 32-bit values!

This is the default mode.
