The Basic Support Plan provides 30 days free email support from the date of purchase.
This does not cover free products or evaluation versions.
The Basic Support Plan cannot be extended, please consider the Extended Support Plan instead.
Extended Support & Maintenance Plan
The Extended Support & Maintenance Plan provides 12 months email or online chat based support from the date of purchase.
It also includes access to updates and upgrades published during the maintenance period.
It must be purchased as option in conjunction with the product license.
It can be extended on a year-by-year basis.
